Hígado de tamaño normal y homogéneo, se observan múltiples lesiones ocupantes de espacio, en el
lóbulo izquierdo que corresponden a quistes, así como otras lesiones hipoatenuadas, periféricas en
lóbulo izquierdo (segmentos 2 y 3) y derecho (segmentos 4 y 7) que por su escaso tamaño son de
difícil caracterización, se realizará resonancia hepática (será citada directamente por nuestro
servicio) para intentar caracterizarlas. Existe también un pequeño hemangioma en la cúpula hepática.
Porta de calibre normal y permeable. Vesícula sin alteraciones valorables por TC. Colédoco y vía
biliar intrahepática de tamaño normal. No se observan masas suprarrenales ni adenopatías
retroperitoneales de tamaño valorable. Páncreas de tamaño normal, sin masas ni calcificaciones. No
se observan alteraciones en los grandes vasos retroperitoneales. Bazo de tamaño normal y homogéneo.
Existe un discreto retraso en la captación de contraste por parte del riñón izquierdo, con
dilatación de la vía excretora, ureter de implantación ectópica y cambios morfológicos vesicales,
todo ello probablemente secundario a intervención quirúrgica previa sobre la vejiga. Se observa una
estenosis en corazón de manzana de contornos externos mal definidos y segmento corto en el colon
descendente, con pequeños ganglios perilesionales y pequeño engrosamiento y tracción de la fascia
lateroconal. Próstata grane. Hernia inguinal izquierda de contenido graso.
Resumen. neoplasia de colon descendente con infiltración de la fascia lateroconal y lesiones
hepáticas indeterminadas.
Bilateral grade 2 vesicoureteral reflux status post bilateral reimplant surgery.
In the interval, there has been no significant growth of the kidneys. The right kidney again measures
5.7 cm in length, while the left measures 7.2 cm. The right kidney is at the lower second
standard deviation in length for the child's age, while the left kidney is on the mean. Smaller
size of the right kidney again suggests global scarring. No focal areas of scarring are
appreciated in either kidney. There is no hydronephrosis, nephrolithiasis, or hydroureter on
either side. The bladder was not specifically examined on this limited follow up exam.
Impression: No significant interval renal growth. Right kidney remains small for age, and is
likely globally scarred.
