Mi opinión respecto a esta compañia es nefasta. En diciembre di de baja el pack de internet, línea de móvil y tele. Los muy incompetentes me dieron de baja todo menos el móvil. En febrero volví a dar de baja la línea de móvil. Estuvieron tres meses sin pasarme y ayer, 5 de junio me pasaron otra factura por cuenta. Además de la línea de móvil me cobraban 30€ y ayer intentaron cobrarme casi 70€ como el pack fusión que di de baja en diciembre.
I am a long time customer of Pure TalkUSA. The company has been consistent with their service as well as technical support. I consider myself "technologically" challenged but their tech support staff has always been patient any time I have had an issue. The best part is that they are right here in the USA. I highly recommend their service.
